Giving
We rely on donations to defray the costs of running the Home and to supplement the funding we receive from the government for our residents’ needs and programmes. Our caregivers include social workers, counsellors and psychologists who help our residents with their emotional, psychological and behavioural needs.
Tax Benefit
Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home is an approved Institution of a Public Character under the Charities Act 1994, from 1 July 2022 to 28 Feb 2025. For ease of administration, only donations of $50 and above will receive a tax rebate of 2.5 times. This will be automatically included in your tax assessment. if you need a receipt, please email to:
Donate in Person
You are welcome to visit our Home during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays) to make a cash or cheque donation.
Donate by Mail
If you would like to donate by mail, kindly issue a crossed cheque and make it payable to “Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home”. Please indicate your personal particulars (full name, NRIC/FIN/UEN and email address) on the reverse side of the cheque (if you wish to receive a tax exemption receipt).
